It is great to meet you. I'm so excited to be helping the children of C.B. Lamb learn to love and thrive in mathematics! I am passionate about teaching students and I can't wait for all the goals we are going to reach this year!
This will be my eleventh year teaching at North Hanover Township Schools. I have been on the Math Focused Intervention Team for most of that time. In addition, I taught 2nd grade during the 2020-2021 school year. Before moving to New Jersey, I taught 3rd grade in South Carolina and 5th grade in Pennsylvania. I earned a masters degree and undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech and am a proud Hokie.
My husband, also a Hokie, is a pilot in the New Jersey Air National Guard. We have three children who are so precious to us. We have a 10th grader, an eighth grader, and second grader. Our family enjoys taking hikes in the woods, playing games together, and traveling. Our favorite place we have been together is Venice, Italy.
My goal each and every day when I come to school is to ensure that all children are engaged and motivated to explore math. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at any time should you need more support in meeting your child's math needs.
