Choi, Jennifer

Hello! My name is Ms. Jennifer Choi, and this is my third year teaching at North Hanover Township School District. This year, I will be a special education teacher working with 1st-4th grade students in Reading and Writing. You can find our class in Room 139!

My name is Ms. Choi!

To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where I studied Special Education & Elementary Education and received a Master of Arts in Teaching degree with a Literacy specialization. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of students, from kindergarten to middle school, in urban and suburban school districts. While I have enjoyed being in different classroom settings, elementary school (at C.B. Lamb!) is where I am most excited to be!

When I am not teaching, I love reading (yes, for fun!), going out to eat (this includes getting dessert), watching Korean dramas, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog Simba!

If you have any questions, please reach out to me at my email ( You can also sign up to get class updates on ClassDojo (you can copy and paste the following link: and/or call me via the school phone number. In addition, you can expect to hear from me via weekly reports that I will send out regarding your child's progress at the end of each week. Thank you so much! I look forward to partnering with you during the 2021-2022 school year!
