My name is Noelle Schappell and I am the School Counselor at C.B. PerformCare New Jersey works to register, authorize, and coordinate services for children, youth, and young adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, or are developmentally and intellectually disabled. They work to provide access to the right care at the right time. This unique partnership between parents, family support organizations, service providers, and care managers provides support for children and youth in need, with parents and caregivers as the primary force behind the planning and treatment process.  PerformCare is available to take your call 24 hours/day and 7 days/week.  PerformCare is NOT a counseling agency, but will help connect you with a provider at the appropriate level of care.
