Principal's Corner

Birthday Lunch Bunch

Dear C.B. Lamb School Community,

I have been fortunate enough to serve as the principal of Clarence B. Lamb Elementary School since July of 2019. Over the past three years I have had the opportunity to work with our vested stakeholders to form a shared vision for educating the students at our school.

Prior to working in the North Hanover Township School District I served as the principal of Tabernacle Elementary School for ten years, as well as taught 5th grade for eight years in the Cinnaminson Public School District. In addition to teaching, I was also the head rowing coach for La Salle University from 1999 - 2001. In 2001, I started Temple University's Doctoral Program for Educational Leadership and Policy Study and successfully defended my dissertation in August of 2006. My thesis topic was “How Do Third Grade Teachers in a Middle Socioeconomic School District Meet the Needs of Students Who are At Risk for Learning, Emotional, and/or Behavioral Problems?”

Some of my interests outside of work include traveling, playing guitar, painting, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.  I am also a college professor at Temple University and Holy Family University, as well as writer for McGraw-Hill.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time if you have any questions. My email address is [email protected].

Sincerely,

Gerald Paterson, Ed.D.
